On a diamond field or a dirt field, a baseball kit needs to be robust and last multiple tough seasons without losing its colour, fit and shape. We use a process called sublimation here at ZING when producing baseball kits, which is a method of printing a design into the fabric using ink and heat.
The benefit of sublimation printing is that the design elements all form part of the kit: the logo, names, numbers, and sponsor artwork, with nothing, stuck externally onto the material. Our baseball kits stand the test of time and never fade, fray, or lose their shape.
